Amethocaine also known as Tetracaine, Tetracaine. . It is of Synthetic origin and belongs to Benzoic Acid Ester. It belongs to Na-Channel Local Anesthetic antagonist pharmacological group on the basis of mechanism of action. The Molecular Weight of Amethocaine is 264.40. Its pKa is 8.2 - 8.6.
